The Growth Marketing and Consumer Engagement Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility and customer engagement. This includes managing digital marketing efforts across platforms such as TikTok, social media, and Google Ads, while also creating content that aligns with brand identity and resonates with the target audience. The role involves analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, and identifying opportunities for growth through data-driven insights. Candidates for this position should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, particularly in areas such as digital marketing, content strategy, and social media management, is required. Proficiency in marketing communications, affiliate marketing, B2B marketing, and content marketing is essential. Experience with TikTok, Google Ads, and Google Analytics is highly preferred.
