JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead sessions to collect data, documents, and other information and create
• specifications that describe how the system will be implemented for the client
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing and End User Training
• Perform documentation as required - BRD, FSD, Fit and Gap Analysis, Blueprint, User Manual, etc
• Analyse customer business processes and propose the best possible solutions for improvement
• Organise and follow up Odoo implementation process
• Instructs and trains users on the use of ERP solutions
• Distributing the project plan to the entire team and keeping track of the milestones
• Perform L1 and L2 support to clients when required, including L2 Troubleshooting, Odoo
• Configuration, and Odoo Technical Support
• Configuration, installation, and maintenance of the server and multi-database Odoo environments

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Systems, Computer
• Science, Accounting, or related fields, with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4 or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning - Odoo is a musthave. Applicants without Odoo Background will be rejected automatically
• Quick learner and ability to work with minimum supervision
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical mind with excellent data collection skills and data-driven decision-making
• Thorough understanding of Business Process Management
• Strong Accounting and Financial Reporting knowledge
• Strong Project Management knowledge and skills
• Strong Documentation skills
• Passionate about software and data
• Ability to work under pressure and timely decision-making skills
• Growth mindset
• Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
• Attention to detail
• Thorough understanding of Odoo, including its modules, functionalities, best practices, and configuration
• Willingness to be placed in all locations within Indonesia for some time
• Odoo Coding skills will be highly considered and preferred Ability to fully operate ChatGPT
