Consultant Infrasctructure
Requirements:
- Minimum education (SMK) or equivalent, preferably majoring in IT (Network/Software/Computer Engineering)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Minimum age 18 years old
- Basic knowledge of Linux server administration
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration
- Understanding of security baselining concepts in server administration
- Experience in patch management is a plus
- Willing to learn, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Good communication skills and able to work effectively in a team
- Willing to be placed onsite at clients in the banking, leasing, and insurance sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Perform OS upgrades and patching on Windows and Linux servers in accordance with scheduled maintenance activities and established procedures.
- Conduct pre-checks and readiness assessments prior to patching, including capacity, service, dependency, backup/snapshot, and patch compatibility checks.
- Prepare work documentation and implementation reports, including success status, issues encountered, corrective actions taken, and recommendations for further follow-up.
