Job description for Construction Supervisor at PT China Win Win Engineering (Indonesia)
We are looking for a Construction Site Supervisor to join our growing project team in Jakarta. If you are passionate about construction, enjoy working on-site, and are confident in coordinating people and solving problems, this could be a great opportunity to grow your career with us.
What You’ll Do :
- Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities to ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.
- Monitor project progress, construction quality, and schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the Project Manager to resolve site issues.
- Verify work quantities, manpower, equipment usage, and material consumption to support cost control.
- Maintain construction logs, safety records, progress reports, and other project documentation.
- Identify on-site issues and coordinate timely solutions to keep the project moving.
What We’re Looking For :
- Minimum SMA/SMK, preferably in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Construction, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of on-site construction experience. Outstanding fresh graduates may also be considered for training.
- Able to read construction drawings and perform basic CAD operations.
- Good English communication skills; Mandarin/Chinese is a plus.
- Willing to work and be stationed at project sites.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
