Construction Site engineer / supervisor

Job desc :

- memastikan & menghitung kekuatan desain konstruksi

- membuat BQ, metode kerja

- survey & pengukuran lokasi proyek

- membuat rencana TK, material, peralatan & mesin

- mengkoordinir & mengontrol kualitas tenaga kerja proyek konstruksi

- membuat laporan progress pekerjaan

Requirements :

- menguasai teknis struktur baja / teknik sipil

- lulusan min. S1 teknik sipil & menguasai ilmu sipil pekerjaan struktur/arsitektur/MEP

- min. 5-7 tahun pengalaman dibidang konstruksi gedung / gudang

- menguasai gambar shop drawing struktur, arsitektur, & mep

- manajemen waktu yang baik

- integritas tinggi, disiplin, komunikasi baik & mandiri

- dapat dipercaya, diandalkan & bekerja dengan tim

- bersedia & siap ditempatkan diproyek manapun

- bisa gambar 2D autoCAD akan menjadi nilai tambah

- bisa mengukur dengan alat ukur & leveling akan menjadi nilai tambah
