Job description for Construction Project Manager at PT LENTERA PERMAI OETAMA

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Pendidikan Minimal S1 Teknik (diutamakan Sipil/ Arsitektur)

Memiliki pengalaman pada project high rise building

Mampu merancang Construction Planning secara mandiri

Menguasai Project Management serta implementasinya

Memahami K3L Konstruksi serta implementasinya.

Memiliki kompetensi yang tinggi dalam hal kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan negosiasi
Bersama dengan bagian teknik melakukan pemeriksaan dan memproses berita acara kemajuan pekerjaan dilapangan.

Melaksanakan pekerjaan sesuai dengan program kerja mingguan, metode kerja, gambar kerja dan spesifikasi teknik.

Menyiapkan tenaga kerja sesuai dengan jadwal tenaga kerja dan mengatur pelaksanaan tenaga dan peralatan proyek.

Mengupayakan efisiensi dan efektifitas pemakaian bahan, tenaga dan alat di lapangan.

Membuat laporan harian tentang pelaksanaan dan pengukuran hasil pekerjaan dilapangan.

Mengadakan pemeriksaan dan pengukuran hasil pekerjaan dilapangan.

Membuat laporan harian tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan, agar selalu sesuai dengan metode konstruksi dan instruksi kerja yang telah ditetapkan.

Menerapkan program keselamatan kerja dan kebersihan di lapangan
