Job description for Construction Project Manager at PT Kaileuang Yeelin Investment
Kailueang Yeelin Investment is a real estate development and EPC company that integrates real estate development, architectural design, engineering construction, and consulting services. The company was established and developed in Bali since 2022 by Chinese registered architects and many Chinese real estate development experts, and currently has several resort, apartment complex, and villa projects under construction.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager / Site Manager to join our team and oversee construction projects from planning through completion.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise construction projects to ensure quality, budget, and schedule targets are achieved.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, permits, and safety standards.
Review project costs and control project expenditures.
Lead project meetings and provide solutions to project issues.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experienced in project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and site coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and construction-related software.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Experience in villa, resort, hospitality, or commercial building projects is preferred.
