Job description for Construction Project Manager at Synergy Pro Business Consulting
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-end real estate development projects. This role requires someone who can effectively coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders while maintaining a strong on-site presence to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage real estate development projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to supervise construction progress, identify issues, and ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and company standards.
- Manage project risks and proactively resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Prepare regular progress reports and present project updates to senior management.
- Oversee contractor performance, evaluate work quality, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to monitor project costs and budget utilization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing real estate, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use development projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and site operations.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
- Excellent knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and project reporting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction documents.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across Bali.
