We're Hiring: Project Manager
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction or property development? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to lead projects from planning through completion. Key Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle from site studies and planning to construction and final delivery.
Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
Oversee design coordination and ensure designs are complete and buildable.
Monitor project progress, quality, budget, and timelines.
Manage procurement, tendering, and contractor coordination.
Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience managing construction or property development projects.
Strong understanding of budgeting, procurement, and construction processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in project management and reporting tools.
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Currently based in Lombok or willing to relocate to Lombok.
