Job description for Construction Project Admin at PT Global Indep Consultants Indonesia
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Admin to support the daily administration and coordination of our construction projects. The role works closely with the Project Manager, site team, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and head office.
Candidates with a construction background or experience in a construction/project environment are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager and site team.
- Manage and maintain project documents, drawings, contracts, reports, correspondence, and records.
- Track procurement, material deliveries, manpower, variations, submissions, and approvals.
- Coordinate documentation and follow-ups with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Assist with project reports, meeting minutes, progress tracking, and other project documentation.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the construction site and head office.
- Handle project information professionally and confidentially.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration, preferably within the construction industry.
- Construction-related experience or background is strongly preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Good understanding of construction documentation and project workflows.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Comfortable working with numbers, project data, procurement, and records.
- Fluent in English is a must
