CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in construction management software (AutoCAD, Ms. Office)
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead and manage construction teams, including site supervisors, laborers, and subcontractors.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the entire construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that arise.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimations, resource allocation, and financial reporting.
