QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in construction management software (AutoCAD, Ms. Office)
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead and manage construction teams, including site supervisors, laborers, and subcontractors.
