Job description for Construction Cost Estimator at Putera Rawan Perkasa
Qualifications :
- Minimum SMA/D3 degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in construction project cost estimates
- Ability to read and understand working drawings (working drawings and tender drawings)
- Proficient in RAB (Cost Budget Plan) calculations and unit price analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (proficient), AutoCAD, and estimation software (value added)
- Understanding of tender administration documents (administrative, technical, and commercial)
- Thorough, A able to work within deadlinesbility to analyze prices and calculate project costs
- Strong communication, coordination skills
- Able to work individually or in a limited time
Key Responsibilities :
- Study tender documents (RKS, drawings, BOQ, etc.)
- Calculate work volumes and prepare AHSP, RAB (Work Plan), TKDN
- Prepare tender administrative documents and ensure they meet requirements
- Communicate and coordinate with the project team to ensure data completeness
- File all project cost estimates documents neatly
