Pria/wanita 25-40 Tahun
Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Sipil/Bidang terkait
Pengalaman minimal 2-3 tahun sebaga estimator proyek gedun; pengalaman proyek rumah sakit menjadi nilai tambah
Mampu membaca gambar, menghitung volume, menyusun RAB, analisa harga satuan dan BOQ.
Menguasai Excel dan software pendukung estimasi; bekerja teliti, cepat dan mampu memenuhi tender
Mampu mencari serta membandingkan harga vendor/ subkontraktor, sekaligus berkoordinasi aktif dengan tim engineering, procurement dan proyek
Menguasai Microsoft office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint )
