Job description for Concierge — Guest Experience & Services at MIO ESTATE BALI
What You'll Do
- Be the guest's go-to contact for every service beyond the villa — before, during and after their stay
- Arrange airport transfers, private drivers, romantic setups, birthdays, honeymoons, baby equipment, and special requests before arrival
- Coordinate spa, scooter and car rental, excursions, private chefs, babysitting, laundry, photography and private events during the stay
- Spot opportunities to elevate a guest's stay and make proactive, well-timed suggestions — not just respond to requests
- Route every request through our partner network and our booking-reference system, and keep clean, accurate records
- Follow up after checkout to gather feedback and build guests' interest in returning
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience as a concierge, Guest Relations Officer, or similar role in a hotel or high-end villa
- Fluent English, spoken and written — additional languages are a strong plus (French especially, given our guest mix)
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace / Excel and booking or reservation tools
- A warm, attentive personality with a genuine instinct for service — and the discipline to follow a clear operating process
- Trustworthy with sensitive information and comfortable working strictly within an established partner network
- Good knowledge of Bali — activities, restaurants, and local providers
