Concept Artist mampu menghasilkan pravisualisasi berkualitas tinggi yang secara sempurna memenuhi spesifikasi dan visi agency.
Tanggung Jawab :
Menyajikan konsep, penelitian, dan referensi kepada tim pra-produksi & produksi.
Menafsirkan ide awal dan membuat draft sketsa cepat untuk ditinjau.
Membuat desain konsep mendetail.
Mengembangkan karakter, background, props, dan desain.
Up to date dengan trend desain terbaru dan kemajuan teknologi.
Persyaratan :
Gelar dalam desain grafis atau seni rupa lebih disukai.
Portofolio karya yang menunjukkan kemampuan artistik dan bercerita yang kuat.
Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Concept Artist atau desainer grafis lebih disukai.
Kemampuan sketsa yang sangat baik untuk konseptualisasi kasar.
Wajib Mahir dalam berbagai program perangkat lunak 2D, dan nilai plus apabila mahir dalam perangkat lunak 3D digital seperti Photoshop, CSP, SAI, Illustrator, Maya, dan Blender.
Kemampuan untuk memberikan karya seni berkualitas tinggi dengan tenggat waktu yang ketat.
Kemampuan komunikasi dan interpretasi yang sangat baik.
Kemampuan untuk berkolaborasi dan bekerja sebagai bagian dari tim.
Memiliki keinginan dan motivasi untuk mempelajari program dan alat perangkat lunak baru lebih disukai.
Sangat terorganisir dan mampu mengelola beberapa proyek secara bersamaan.
We are looking for an imaginative Concept Artist to develop and visualize ideas for Animation & Marketing Creative. The Concept Artist should be able to produce high-quality pre-visualization that perfectly meets the agency's specifications and vision.
Responsibilities:
Present concepts, research, and references to pre-production & production teams.
Interpret initial ideas and create quick draft sketches for review.
Create detailed concept designs.
Develop characters, backgrounds, props, and designs.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technological advancements.
Requirements:
Degree in graphic design or fine arts preferred.
Portfolio demonstrating artistic ability and strong storytelling skills.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concept Artist or graphic designer preferred.
Excellent sketching skills for rough conceptualization.
Proficiency in various 2D software programs, with a plus if skilled in digital 3D software like Photoshop, CSP, SAI, Illustrator, Maya, and Blender.
Ability to deliver high-quality artwork within tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpretation skills.
Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
Desire and motivation to learn new software programs and tools preferred.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
