We are looking for a socially active, energetic, and independent individual to lead our creator and ambassador activation in Bali.
You will be responsible for building relationships, activating communities, and growing our creator network across Bali.
The position reports directly to management.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Build, manage, and expand creator & ambassador communities in Bali
• Identify and approach potential creators, influencers, and community partners
• Maintain strong relationships with creators and ensure active engagement
• Coordinate creator collaborations, campaign activations, and product exposure
• Execute on-ground community activations, visits, and networking activities
• Support event activations and brand presence in social venues and communities
• Monitor creator activity, engagement, and campaign performance
• Work closely with internal team for campaign execution and reporting
• Ensure smooth communication between creators, ambassadors, and management
• Generate new ideas to grow community engagement and brand awareness
QUALIFICATIONS
• Outgoing, confident, and highly social personality
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Independent, proactive, and target-oriented
• Familiar with Bali lifestyle, nightlife, and social communities
• Experience in community management, creator relations, marketing, or events is preferred
• Comfortable working in the field and flexible working hours
• Own transportation is preferred
