Job description for Computer Technician (Lampung) at PT Berca Hardayaperkasa

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Melayani dan menangani permasalahan laptop/PC customer yang datang ke toko/service center.
Melakukan pengecekan, diagnosa, dan troubleshooting hardware & software.
Melakukan perbaikan laptop/PC termasuk bongkar pasang dan penggantian komponen.
Instalasi dan konfigurasi Windows serta aplikasi pendukung.
Melakukan testing setelah perbaikan dan memastikan perangkat berfungsi normal.
Memberikan penjelasan singkat kepada customer terkait hasil perbaikan.

Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan minimal SMK Teknik Komputer Jaringan (TKJ) atau bidang terkait.
Mampu melakukan troubleshooting hardware dan software laptop/PC.
Terbiasa bongkar pasang dan penggantian komponen.
Menguasai instalasi Windows dan aplikasi umum.
Memahami dasar jaringan (LAN/WiFi).
Jujur, teliti, komunikatif, dan berorientasi pada layanan pelanggan.
Bersedia bekerja onsite di toko/service center (Lampung).
