Here is how you’ll be contributing to Our Mission
- Prepare and submit all mandatory regulatory reports, with a focus on timely and accurate OJK reporting.
- Provide monthly Compliance Analysis Reports to management to support informed decision-making.
- Monitor and interpret OJK regulations, and effectively communicate relevant updates to all employees.
- Maintain and organize all compliance-related documentation and ensure proper administration.
- Collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of compliance across the organization.
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Manager or Management.
A bit about you:
- Bachelor’s in Law from a reputable university
- Minimum of 1–2 years in compliance, or regulatory roles, preferably within the financial services or fintech sector.
- Strong knowledge of OJK regulations and compliance practices.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations, including OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) regulations, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) laws, etc.
- Self-motivated, with an ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic startup environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
