Job description for Compliance at PT Datacell Infomedia (Paydia)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Risk Management, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experiences in compliance in the financial services industry, fintech, or payment systems.
- Understand regulations applicable to payment service providers regulated by Bank Indonesia.
- Proficient in AML & CFT principles.
- Skilled in drafting and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to fully WFO in Central Jakarta
Job Descriptions:
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for regulators, law enforcement, and other authorized agencies.
- Ensure the company complies with all applicable regulations and policies.
- Develop and update compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct compliance-related socialization and training for employees.
- Identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain good relationships with regulators, law enforcement, and other relevant authorities.
