Job description for Compliance Specialist at PT Indonesia Fintopia Technology
Job Responsibilities :
1. Design, evaluate, and maintain internal policies and procedures to ensure that internal policies / procedures are in accordance with the provisions of applicable law and regulations;
2. Maintain and monitor company's compliance with the laws and regulations and the company's good corporate governance practices, internal policies, and its documentation;
3. Monitor and complete the regulatory reporting framework to ensure no delay in reporting and follow up any ad hoc report from regulators;
4. Ensure that all Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing (AML & CFT) programs are implemented in accordance with applicable regulations;
5. Understand all regulations related to Peer to Peer Lending (OJK, AFPI, PAATK, etc) and be liable for updating the latest regulations from the regulators and government;
6. Proactive research and assessment on potential impact of new laws and regulations on the business Oversee and execute compliance initiatives, also to support risk assessment initiatives;
7. Conduct compliance socialization programs and training for internal and/or external stakeholders;
8. Make the minutes of Meeting (BoD & BoC and Management Weekly and/or Monthly Meeting)
9. Carry out activities to achieve departmental and Manager's targets
10. Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements :
1. Min Bachelor degree in Law from reputable university
2. Having 5-6 years of proven compliance experience
3. Having strong knowledge of Fintech P2P Lending regulations;
4. Fluent in English
5. Good effective presentation skills, fast learner, analytical, meticulous, creative thinker, self starter, good collaborative spirit, and attention to detail;
6. Outstanding communication;
7. Initiative, detail oriented, accurate, well organized and able to work with target and under pressure
