About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Compliance Officer to support our team in managing banking partnerships and ensuring compliance with Bank Indonesia (BI) regulations. This role is essential in maintaining proper documentation, supporting compliance processes, and ensuring smooth coordination with financial partners and regulators.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain documentation and agreements with banking and financial partners.
- Prepare administrative and compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure that all partnership activities comply with Bank Indonesia (BI) regulations and internal company policies.
- Support the compliance team in monitoring, reporting, and fulfilling regulatory requirements.
- Act as an administrative liaison between the company, banking partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Assist in audit processes related to partnership and compliance activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of banking operations and Bank Indonesia regulations is required.
- Prior experience in banking, fintech, or compliance-related roles is an advantage.
