- Bachelor's degree in psychology, law, finance or related field.
- Have 2-3 years experience in CSR/Compliance at manufacturing.
- Have experience in handling social compliance audit.
- Have experience in handling adidas SEA audit is preferred
- Proficiency in English is essential for this role.
- Detail-oriented and outstanding problem-solving abilities.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for learning and professional development.
- Capable of collaborative teamwork and adept at communicating with stakeholders across function.
- Willing to be placed in Jepara - Central Java.
