Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Compliance and Legal Intern with work from anywhere set-up. The intern will assist in :
- Drafting contracts/agreement
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory standards
- Performing legal research
- Analyzing compliance risks
- Facilitating communication with various stakeholders
- Assist business permit application
- Assist report to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Law school fresh graduate (law school student on 4th year is welcome)
- Good legal drafting skill
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing compliance risks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Familiarity with environmental laws and agriculture-related regulations is a plus
Internship stipend is available (Paid-internship).
