-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits Supervisor (Payroll).
-Experience in mining company or holding company are preferred.
-Proficiency in HRIS, highly skilled in Microsoft Excel.
-Knowledge of system functionality regarding HR, Staffing, Benefits, Retirement, and Payroll actions and processes.
-Knowledge of salary structures, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance with labor laws.
-Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, BPJS is a must.
-Ability to lead and develop teams, ensuring effective collaboration with HR, finance, and external parties.
-Detail-oriented, strong in analytical thinking, and proactive in optimizing C&B processes.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive HR and payroll information with discretion.
-Willing to travel if needed.
