Job description for Compensation & Benefit Staff at Konnichiwa Group (pt Lima Pilar Sentosa)

Minimum 1 year of experience in Compensation & Benefit

Experience handling end-to-end payroll with a large number of employees is preferred.

Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, BPJS, PPh 21, and payroll taxation.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Good understanding of HRIS and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or high-volume operations is a plus.

Fast learner, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
