Job description for Compensation & Benefit (Payroll) Specialist at Mnc Portal Indonesia
- Do administrative matters related to Compensation and Benefits
- Clean reported data and checks the quality of data
- Provide the necessary supporting data related to Compensation and Benefits issues
- Prepare data for related payroll
- Calculates the variable pay for employees under a close supervision of C&B specialist (bonuses, incentives, etc)
- Maintain compensation changes using defined rules (salary changes, variable pay changes, incentive plan change/allocations)
- Ensure that pay and benefits plans comply with federal and state regulations
- Completes records, reporting, and other documentation required by federal, state, and provider rules, regulations, and policies.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Min Bachelor Degree from Business Administration, Management, Accounting or similar relevant field
- Attention to detail
- Previous working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist for (2) years
- Good understanding of full cycle of people administration process
- Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations
- Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS)
- Having knowledge about PPH 21 or other tax issues is a plus
