CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Continuous Content Generation: Consistently produce articles, graphics, short videos, audio, live streams, and other content formats centered around market trends, trading knowledge, trading plans, and trade
reviews.
• Establish Personal Content Persona: Build distinct personal content tags and recurring columns tailored to individual interests, background, and delivery style, creating a consistent, authentic, and highly recognizable content identity.
• Live Streaming & Online Activities: Convey market insights, investment knowledge, trading experiences, and practical methodologies to users through live streams, short video sharing, special events, and online Q&A sessions.
• User Engagement & Feedback Collection: Address common user inquiries regarding content and trading, gather user feedback, and provide recommendations for future topic selection, content optimization, and event design.
• AI-Powered Content Efficiency: Leverage platform-provided AI tools for content planning, information synthesis, script writing, formatting, content summarization, knowledge Q&A, and post-session optimization while conducting manual quality reviews on all published content.
• Collaborative Platform & Community Operations: Co-create platform activities, courses, topics, and
community content; collaborate seamlessly with operations, customer support, and other instructors to foster an authentic and positive user community environment.
• Compliance with Content Standards: Ensure all content is truthful, clear, and responsible; strictly avoid earnings promises, false claims, or unverified case studies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Proven Trading Experience: Possess verifiable experience in active trading or strategy implementation; capable of sharing market observations, strategy logic, risk management, and trade reviews based on personal trading journeys. Basic verification materials (e.g., anonymized trading records, strategy notes, trade logs, or public content portfolio) are required.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Interest in Key Domains: Strong passion for one or more areas, including content creation, live streaming presentation, community engagement, AI tools, or fintech.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, live-streaming, or short-video presentation skills with a strong dedication to continuous content output.
• High Learning Agility & Content Sensitivity: Strong learning ability and acute content sensitivity; adept at tracking market hotspots, synthesizing information, and articulating unique insights.
• User-Centric Service Mindset: Possess basic user communication and service awareness, with a genuine willingness to interact and engage with community members.
• Tool Proficiency: Proficient in or willing to learn mainstream content creation, social media, community management, and AI tools.
