Job description for Community Relations Specialist at PT Miranda Moda Indonesia
Job Description:
1. Planning and executing community event, workshop, gathering or any other community activations that align with company's goals and address community needs
2. Collaborate with the Marketing Communication team in promoting collections and communicating positive brand image to the RiaMiranda community.
3. Build, engage, and maintain strong relationships with community leaders and members, serving as the primary liaison between the company and the community.
4. Collaborate with the Marketing Communication team and external partners to develop and implement marketing activations, promotional campaigns, and branch programs.
5. Track engagement data, analyze community and activations feedback, and create reports on initiatives.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field, with minimum 2 years of experience in community management within the fashion/lifestyle or FMCG industry.
2. Strong interpersonal, public speaking, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with communities and stakeholders.
3. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
4. Skilled in gathering public feedback, monitoring program performance, preparing impact reports, and proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.

6. Willing to work flexible hours as required during events or campaign periods and be based full-time on-site in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan
