Job Description
  • Plan, manage and execute Community (Customer & Government & Stake holder) relations events on the appointed area
  • Performing NPS (Net Promotor Score) research
  • Validating and Maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising
  • Handling customer complain by Collaborate with Account executives and product team.
  • Involve in company campaign activities
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor degree, majoring in public relation or marketing communication
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Business or service awareness and good knowledge of current affairs
  • Having local knowledge relationship with selected area
