Job Description
- Plan, manage and execute Community (Customer & Government & Stake holder) relations events on the appointed area
- Performing NPS (Net Promotor Score) research
- Validating and Maintaining customer satisfaction
- Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising
- Handling customer complain by Collaborate with Account executives and product team.
- Involve in company campaign activities
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree, majoring in public relation or marketing communication
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Business or service awareness and good knowledge of current affairs
- Having local knowledge relationship with selected area
