Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event management or project manager.
- Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience in budgeting and financial administration.
- Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools. (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Al, and Canva)
- Ability to develop creative concepts and maintain design, editing, and creative SOPs.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibillity:
- End-to-end event planning & execution
- Liaison with venue, vendors, and internal team
- Oversee budgeting processes and financial administration for programs
- Develop and manage the annual event calendar and strategic priorities
- Ensure program alignment with community goals
- Develop and maintain design, editing, and creative SOPs to ensure consistency and quality across all programs
