Job description for Community Moderator at Pt Zipmex Exchange Indonesia
- Handle day-to-day community moderation of multiple Community Chatter groups of various sizes and personas
- Community management – approval or rejection of membership requests, members tracking and removal, overall membership maintenance
- Maintain our community platforms compliant with company guidelines and policies
- Writing engaging emails, discussion replies, or community announcements
- Recognizing the communities’ various power users
- Thinking creatively about new community content/features (like badges, contests, etc.)
- Engage with community users and collegues to encourage and promote excellent content
- Reviewing community activity and creating engagement reports
- Experience and understanding of online community platform moderation tools: forums, group chats, blogs, photo uploads, commenting, etc
- Strong communications skills, including writing for a variety of channels and platforms
- Understanding of modern online slang
- Open-minded thinking and willingness to learn
- Team player and reliable
- 1+ years of experience in B2B or B2C community engagement/ customer service/ client management, and/or technical support
- Experience in Telegram, What App Chat, and other social media channels
- Detail-oriented, strong sense of empathy for customers
- Passionate and up-to-date on the rapidly changing world of cryptocurrency technology
- Be available for the community at scheduled work times
- Good command in English
