- Berpengalaman 2-3 tahun dalam pengelolaan komunitas (Community Manager, Social Engagement, Customer Engagement atau sejenisnya)

- Memiliki pengalaman dalam industri pelatihan dan konsultasi menjadi nilai tambah

- Memiliki kemampuan dalam membangun koneksi dan menciptakan pengalaman komunitas yang positif

- Memiliki kemampuan analisis data komunitas dan media sosial

- Kemampuan dalam manajemen acara baik offline maupun online

- Komunikatif, empati, dan proaktif

- Terbiasa bekerja di lingkungan yang dinamis dan cepat berubah
