Job description for Community Manager at Le Concept Bali
Notes : The salary commensurate with ability
The role :
- Manage Instagram & TikTok accounts for both Le Concept and Sun Call Swim
- Create and plan engaging content (photos, videos, stories, reels, posts)
- Organise and collaborate with influencers and creators
- Make a content schedule (planning & calendar)
- Take the content yourself (in-store, at the shop, product shoots, events, lifestyle,etc.)
- Design flyers and simple visuals using Canva
- Edit and schedule content remotely
- Monitor performance and suggest ideas to grow our communities
What we're looking for :
- Creative, proactive and independent
- Strong sense of aesthetics and detail
- Confident using Canva
- Good English communication skills
- Passion for fashion, swimwear, lifestyle and social media
- Comfortable working on-site (half time at the shop) and remotely (editing, planning,etc.)
