- Communicate, engage and grow both internal and external communities online;
- Receive and resolve customer questions and issues related to the product;
- Prompt response to brand mentions;
- Handle the preparation of events;
- Work on the company’s reputation in social networks;
- Be involved on our social media (could be both answers on the user’s questions and look for the interesting SMM ideas).
- Fluent in English and Indonesian languages;
- Friendly and easy-going person understanding the specifics of communication in social networks;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and externally;
- Familiarity with online platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, - Medium, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
