Qualifications :
- Experience Bali market for business community at minimum 5 years
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred overseas graduates.
- Min 5+ years' in community development, sales marketing or related role
- Strong written and verbal in English and Bahasa communication skills.
- Good computer literate and presentation skill
- Must be target oriented, working independent, committed with high degree of drive and have strong negotiation skills.
- Self motivated, Self drive , proactive, initiative and pleasant personality.
- Demonstrated the ability of meeting target as set by company
- Good leadership and analytical thinking
Job Description :
- Find and develop new communities & partnership for MARQUEE BALI
- Find, evaluate, and join both offline and online events by outside parties with the purpose of networking and expand the community database.
- Find and develop new communities.

- Strategizing and executing engagement activities with the community of MARQUEE to further develop the relationships within the communities and create additional revenues.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to relay customer feedback insights gained from online conversations within the community.
- Provide strategies and execute the sales plan of MARQUEE'S Group products and services to potential client.
- Plan and organizing event from start to finish according to requirements target audience and objectives. Understanding the objective target.
- Ensure the event run smoothly and problems rectified at the soonest.
- Writing engaging copy for use on relevant social media platforms.
- Engaging with Fans and Followers in the various social media platforms to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement.
- Host and lead offline events, online webinars, and social media contents.
- Experienced in developing, planning and implementing effective Sales and Marketing strategies and continually looking for business opportunities.
- Able to analyze overall sales performance and to identify key areas for necessary improvement.
