Job description
- Assist in planning and executing community events, both virtual and in-person
- Engage with community members across platforms (e.g. social media, forums, messaging groups)
- Support the development of community content, newsletters, and campaigns
- Monitor community feedback and trends, providing regular insights to the team
- Help manage community databases and maintain accurate records of engagement
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for community growth and retention strategies
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field
- Experience or strong interest in Community Management or Marcomm
- Excellent communication and iterpersonal skills
- Familiar with social media platforms and community tools
- Proactive, creative, and eager to learn
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Available to work in a hybrid setup, based in in Pejaten Barat, South Jakarta
