Position Overview:

RubiTalent is looking for a charismatic and proactive Community Engagement Specialist to be our voice and presence in Bali’s buzzing coworking and startup communities.
This role is all about creativity, networking, and impact. You’ll use your talents to showcase our services, grow our client base, and play a key role in supporting Bali’s entrepreneurial spirit.
What You’ll Do:
- Create Visual Impact: Design eye-catching flyers and promotional materials using Canva or Photoshop that grab attention and showcase our brand.
- Be the Voice of RubiTalent: Conduct engaging public speaking sessions and host free weekly educational workshops at coworking spaces, delivering insightful topics on hiring and talent management.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Network with Bali’s business movers and shakers in coworking spaces, forming meaningful connections that drive new business opportunities.
- Maximize Visibility: Strategically distribute flyers and notices at prime locations to get our name out there and draw in potential clients.
- Be a Community Builder: Use your local knowledge and passion for startups to strengthen our presence and foster growth in Bali’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual Fluency: You’re fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, making you a natural communicator.
- Local Expert: You’ve lived in Bali for at least two years and know the startup and coworking scene like the back of your hand.
- Mobile and Ready: You own a motorbike and have a valid license, ensuring you can easily travel between locations.
- Creative Designer: You’re skilled with Canva or Photoshop, creating promotional materials that truly stand out.
- Startup Savvy: You have at least two years of experience in the startup world and understand the challenges and opportunities in this space.
- Confident Speaker: You’re a natural on stage, whether you’re leading workshops or engaging an audience with compelling insights.
