Qualifications:

  1. Final-year students or fresh graduates from any major (Communication, Marketing, Business, or related fields are preferred).
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Active on social media and interested in community engagement.
  4. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  5. Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  6. Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  7. Previous experience in organizations, communities, or event committees is a plus.

Job Description:

  1. Manage and respond to community interactions through social media, direct messages, and WhatsApp Groups.
  2. Assist in planning and creating content to increase community engagement.
  3. Identify and connect with external communities (universities, professional associations, SMEs, etc.) for collaboration opportunities.
  4. Support loyalty programs, member engagement, and alumni community activities.
  5. Collect and summarize community feedback to support marketing strategies.
  6. Assist with daily community development activities.
  7. Prepare regular reports on community activities and engagement performance.

The Community Development Intern will help grow and engage Sertifikasiku’s community by creating meaningful connections with our audience and building relationships with external communities.
