The Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Content Production Intern who thrives in a fast-paced filming environment. While you will still handle some KOL coordination, your main stage will be on-set, ensuring our production runs smoothly from setup to wrap.
Qualifications:
- Final year student or Fresh Graduate in Communications, Broadcasting, Film, or Creative Media.
- High energy, proactive, and not afraid to get your hands dirty on set.
- Basic understanding of filming equipment (lighting, audio, camera) and social media production trends (TikTok/Reels).
- High confidence to communicate with talents, KOLs, and internal crews.
- Willing to commute to our office in South Tangerang and travel to various shooting locations as needed.
- Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end execution of shoots, from gear preparation and set management to directing talents/KOLs.
- Coordinate with KOLs specifically for production needs (briefing on-site, managing their schedule on set, and ensuring content alignment).
- Handle pre-production tasks such as scouting locations, preparing props, and managing production equipment.
- Work closely with the creative team to translate briefs into visual execution.
- Manage production-related paperwork, including talent appearance releases, production budgets, and equipment lists.
- Contribute fresh, "shoot-able" ideas during creative sessions.
