Job description for Community & Partnership at Primelux Padel Club
To build and grow a strong padel community through engaging events, strategic partnerships, and meaningful
collaborations that enhance brand presence, increase customer engagement, and create a unique lifestyle
experience around the club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and execute community events such as weekly tournaments, social play sessions, and brand collaboration events
- Develop partnerships B2B, hotels, villas, gyms, beach clubs, lifestyle brands and other potential collaborators
- Build and maintain strong relationships with beginner, intermediate, and advanced padel players. Engage with local and expat communities to expand brand reach and community growth
- Ensure all events and partnerships align with the brand image and customer experience standards
- Coordinate for tournaments, corporate bookings, and co-branded activations
- Create and promote partnership programs and bundled
- Track and report weekly membership leads, conversion rates, and campaign performance
- Coordinate with OM on court availability and promotions for off-peak utilisation
- Build and maintain the Primelux member database and CRM
Requiremets & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Community, Partnership, Events, or Marketing fields
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Understanding of Bali expat and tourism market dynamics
- English proficiency — primary content language is English
- Creative, proactive, and highly organized
