ABOUT US
We run two food concepts side by side on Sampol Street, Pererenan: fr-anz with benefits (cinnamon rolls, specialty coffee, matcha) and The Green Collective (organic grab-and-go: overnight oats, chia pots, protein ball and bars). Both are supplied by our own production kitchen in Canggu.
The products are good. The problem is that almost nobody knows we exist yet. That is what this role is for.
THE ROLE
You are the person who gets our products into the neighbourhood. This is street-level work — on your motorbike, talking to people, every day. Not a desk job.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Visit villas, guesthouses, gyms, yoga and tattoo studios, salons, co-workings and cafés in Pererenan, Canggu and Berawa. Introduce the brands, leave samples, collect contacts
- Sell wholesale: cafés and hotels that order our rolls daily, gyms and villas that stock our TGC products. This is the biggest part of the job
- Negotiate barter and collaboration deals — product for exposure, staff discounts, event and corporate orders
- Keep a proper partner list: who you visited, who replied, what was agreed, when to follow up
- Follow up on WhatsApp until you get a yes or a clear no
- Reach out to local micro-influencers and Bali food accounts through our collaboration Instagram account
- Post our products on Threads, in local community groups and Facebook groups where it is allowed
- Stay in touch with Gojek and Grab drivers in the area and keep them talking about us
- Report once a week: places visited, replies, deals closed
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Indonesian citizen, living in or around Canggu / Pererenan
- Own motorbike and spare phone, simcard from us.
- Comfortable walking into a place you have never been to and starting a conversation. Every day, without being pushed
- Conversational English — you will be talking to expat villa managers, gym owners and café owners
- Organised. You keep your list updated and you follow up without being reminded
- Active on WhatsApp, Instagram and Threads
- Consistent. Most of this job is doing the same thing again and again, and doing it well
NICE TO HAVE
- Existing network in the Canggu / Pererenan hospitality scene
- Background in sales, promotion, hospitality or F&B
- Basic phone content skills (stories, quick product photos)
COMPENSATION
Base salary per month + BONUS
On top of that, you earn a BONUS for the results that matter:
- Rp 300,000 for every new wholesale account you bring in — a café, hotel or villa that orders from us regularly. Paid once the account has ordered consistently for three months, so you build partnerships that last, not one-off deals
- Rp 200,000 for every business partnership you close — a villa putting our rolls on their breakfast menu, a gym stocking our TGC products, a corporate or event order
- Rp 500,000 extra in any month where you close three or more new accounts or partnerships
Influencer collaborations and product barters are part of the regular job and come with a weekly target instead of a per-deal bonus.
Strong performers realistically earn Rp 2–4 million on top of base each month. There is no cap.
We will go through the exact terms with you in the interview and put them in writing before you start, so there is never any doubt about what you have earned.
