CUiT is currently looking for a passionate and outgoing individual to join us as a Community Acquisition.
In this role, you will focus on expanding and building strong relationships with various communities, especially within the youth and student ecosystem. If you enjoy networking, engaging with people, and growing communities, this role is for you!
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and reach out to potential communities for collaboration
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and members
• Drive community onboarding and activation within the CUiT platform
• Support the execution of community-related programs and initiatives
• Monitor and track community engagement and growth
📌 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from any major
• 1-2 years of experience in community, partnership, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong experience are welcome)
• Active in organizations or communities (campus or external)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, proactive, and comfortable engaging with new people
• Interested in networking, partnerships, and ecosystem building
• Willing to be based in South Jakarta
