Tanggung Jawab :

• Akuisisi dan onboarding agen CBT dari komunitas lokal.

• Mengunjungi 6 komunitas/hari, minimal 25 anggota/komunitas.

• Mengelola dan menjaga engagement komunitas melalui WhatsApp.

• Memberikan informasi, SOP, success story, dan menangani kendala komunitas.

• Mengadakan event kecil dan gathering komunitas.

• Mendorong peningkatan transaksi Digital Goods.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di community management, event, atau learning program.

• Komunikasi dan interpersonal skill baik.

• Menguasai WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Zoom, dll.

• Proaktif, terorganisir, multitasking, dan target-oriented.

• Mampu membangun engagement dengan customer/komunitas.
