Job description for Communications & Partnerships Manager at PT Gaia Plastik Recycling
ECOLLABO8 is an industrial recycling company transforming low-value plastic waste into commercially competitive products for the construction, hospitality, and consumer goods industries.
We work with hotels, architects, developers, international brands, governments and entrepreneurs to build real-world recycling solutions.
We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and professional Communications & Partnerships Manager to help represent ECOLLABO8 and support our continued growth.
Your Responsibilities
Marketing & Content
* Manage ECOLLABO8’s presence across all social media platforms.
* Plan and publish a minimum of four posts per week.
* Coordinate content production with our in-house videographer (filming twice per week).
* Write captions, schedule content and monitor performance.
* Repurpose content into Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and other relevant platforms.
* Monitor performance and continuously improve our digital presence.
Partnerships & Communications
* Manage communications with existing partners and key stakeholders.
* Coordinate meetings, follow-ups and partnership documentation.
* Maintain professional communication with ECOLLABO8 Masterclass participants and alumni.
* Contact prospective clients identified by management. (LinkedIn)
* maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and collaborators.
* Ensure all communications are timely, professional and well organized.
Events & Representation
Represent ECOLLABO8 at:
* Conferences
* Sustainability events
* Networking events
* Industry presentations
Build relationships, represent the company professionally and ensure every opportunity is followed up.
Creative Coordination
Coordinate with our:
* Videographer
* Graphic design team
* External creative partners
Ensure all marketing and communication materials are aligned with the ECOLLABO8 brand.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
* Speaks and writes excellent English.
* Is highly organized and detail-oriented.
* Is confident communicating with business owners, executives and international partners.
* Has outstanding interpersonal and networking skills.
* Can manage multiple projects at the same time.
* Works independently and takes initiative.
* Is comfortable speaking in public and representing the company.
* Has experience in communications, marketing, partnerships or business development.
Bonus Skills
* LinkedIn marketing.
* comfortable working with AI
* B2B marketing experience.
* Experience in sustainability, hospitality or construction industries.

You will help ensure ECOLLABO8 communicates professionally across every channel, builds meaningful relationships with collaborators and partners, maintains a strong online presence, and is represented professionally at industry events.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing company. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys solving problems, and wants to grow alongside an international business creating practical solutions for the recycling industry.
