Commis Chef - Heart & Spoon
Placement : RO3ST COFFEE - Gading Serpong
We are looking for a passionate, disciplined, and detail-oriented Commis Chef to join our culinary team. In this role, you will work closely with senior chefs to prepare high-quality ingredients, assist in daily cooking, and ensure strict kitchen hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare raw ingredients and cook according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Keep the kitchen clean and ensure food safety standards are strictly met.
- Inspect and store raw materials using FIFO/FEFO principles.
- Assist with inventory management and smooth daily kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Minimum High School / Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) in Culinary Arts or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis/Cook in a restaurant, hotel, cafe, or F&B establishment.
- Solid understanding of basic cooking techniques, food safety, hygiene, and raw material storage.
- Ability to work fast, disciplined, and effectively in a team.
- Willing to work in shifts.
Proficiency in Western, Asian, or Indonesian cuisine.
Holding a Food Handler / Hygiene Certification is a plus.
