Job Description
- Support superior in their daily tasks, including preparing ingredients, cooking, and plating dishes.
- Food Preparation like chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, marinating meats, and measuring ingredients accurately.
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing their work area throughout the shift and at the end.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
- Required to ensure that all stocks are well maintained.
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations is essential. Commis chefs must be aware of proper food handling and storage procedures.
Job Requirements
- Basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and knowledge of food safety and hygiene are crucial. Understanding of food preparation, cooking methods, and how to follow recipes accurately.
- Stong Communication Skill and Teamwork
