At cøpenhagen BALI, great food starts with discipline, consistency, and respect for quality ingredients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Commis to join our kitchen team in Uluwatu.
Your Responsibilities
- Support daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Prepare ingredients and menu items according to recipes, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Maintain consistency in portioning, taste, presentation, and product quality.
- Ensure proper food storage, labelling, stock rotation, and handling.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workstation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Commis or in a professional kitchen is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen hygiene.
- Willing to learn, take direction, and develop culinary skills.
- Reliable, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willing to be based in Uluwatu, Bali.
