Luma Restaurant is a cozy, rustic eatery located in Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Bali, Indonesia, where the essence of Southern European cuisine meets the rich flavors of local Balinese and island ingredients. Our menu features simple yet elegant dishes that reflect a deep respect for tradition and a passion for quality. As we continue to grow and expand our offerings, we are seeking a dedicated and creative Pastry Chef and Commis Pastry to join our team. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for developing and preparing a wide range of pastries, desserts, and confections that align with the restaurant’s concept and standards. They will oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation. The Commis Pastry will support the Pastry Chef by assisting with recipe development, baking, plating, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Both roles require attention to detail, creativity, and a strong work ethic, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a female candidate with at least an SMA/SMK education level and between 1 to 3 years of experience in the culinary field. Ideal candidates should have a solid foundation in cooking, with specific experience in candy and pastry research and development, Western pastry, general pastry, and baking. A passion for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts, along with a willingness to learn and grow, will make you a great fit for our team.
