REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork, discipline, and positive attitude
- Willing to learn and grow
- Can communicate in basic English is a plus
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and cooking of dishes as directed by the Chef.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of your workstation, tools, and kitchen areas.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards consistently.
- Support other sections of the kitchen whenever needed.
- Monitor stock of ingredients and report any shortages to the superior.
- Comply with all kitchen policies, safety, and hygiene regulations.
