Job Description:
Assist in food preparation (cutting, portioning, basic prep)
Cook simple dishes under supervision of Chef / CDP
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
Follow kitchen SOP and food safety procedures
Support smooth kitchen operations
Requirements:
Experience as Commis / Cook Helper / DW Kitchen is a plus
Basic cooking knowledge and understanding of kitchen flow
Fast learner, detail-oriented, and proactive
Able to work under pressure during busy service
Disciplined with a good attitude
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
